It’s easy to be in the Stotfold News Magazine – most importantly, it works!

Lots of residents use this publication to source local products and services.

Feedback received from residents suggests that they look forward to receiving their magazine each month and keep it until the next one arrives, just in case they need to refer back to an advert or article.

Advertisement content can be sent across in the following file types:

  •  .pdf
  •  .jpeg
  •  .doc (Word file)
  •  .ppt (Powerpoint file)

 

Deadline submission dates :

The deadline submission date for each magazine is always the 7th of the month (or before). For instance, if you would like to include something in the February magazine, we would need the information sent to us by January 7th.

(The only exception to this rule is for the January issue when the deadline is earlier, at the beginning of December, to accommodate Christmas holidays).

Items for inclusion can also be sent before this date!!

This deadline date applies to all articles, news items and advertisements.  

If you are a new advertiser, it is better to reserve the space you require as soon as possible.

Leaflet distribution :

Do you need leaflets distributed to all the houses in Stotfold and Fairfield Park?

We can insert and distribute 4,000 leaflets once a month for a fixed fee of £130.00 + VAT

Birthday and For Sale pages :

Please note – there is limited space for the birthday / anniversary announcements and For Sale ads, and the space will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Once these pages are full we cannot accept any more. We are sorry for any disappointment this may cause.  Please contact the magazine as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

If you would like to have an announcement on the birthday page, or include an item on the For Sale page, we are asking that you make a donation to the Garden House Hospice in Letchworth. Please help us to raise as much money as we can for this worthy cause by making a donation each time you request a birthday announcement or send an item in for the For Sale page. Our suggested donation is £2.00, but of course you can donate more if you wish.
